Makers Day 2016 in Trenton NJ

Hundreds of Trenton students came to Makers Day 2016 to try out 3D printers, drones, military grade tires that keep moving after an explosion, electronic Little Bits, sewing machines, flashlight making kits, bike gears, website code and more.
In addition to giving kids hands-on makers activities, one goal for Makers Day was to get media exposure for Trenton manufacturers to counter the wrong-headed narrative that all manufacturing had left Trenton or that there weren't well-paying jobs out there.
